Our white wine: a crisp blend of California Savignon Blanc, Viognier and Semillon

Sushi has long deserved a wine that inspires and compliments its pure flavors. We developed the crisp, balanced profile of our white wine to compliment the intricate elements of sushi, sashimi and simple Japanese dishes.

The Sauvignon Blanc is the backbone of the wine. In addition to providing the structure of the wine, it adds hints of crisp green apple. The Viognier provides tropical notes and subtle perfumes, and gives the blend a richness. Finally, a hint of Semillon provides a full body and complexity in the wine.
