Our red wine: a supple blend of California Merlot and Barbera

With our red wine, we wanted a wine that stands up to and compliments the bold flavors of teriyaki, tonkatsu and other Asian dishes. In the end, the blend not only provides an excellent compliment to these meals, but is great on its own.

The balance of California Merlot and Barbera creates a mature wine complete with notes of dried fruits, black figs and cloves. The pairing of these two varietals gives the wine a soft, approachable and luscious character that welcomes savory or sweet, intense or subtle.
